Taxes & Duties:
All applicable duties and taxes are included within the cost of shipping. If you receive any calls, texts, or emails from customs regarding your order, please contact our support team with your order number so we can help resolve the matter.

Lost/Damaged Packages:
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our fulfillment center. We are also not responsible for delivery errors that may occur during transit. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and understand that any lost or damaged package that leaves the fulfillment center becomes the responsibility of the respective third-party shipping carrier. Nevertheless, our Customer Support Team will do its best to help resolve any shipping-related issues.

Shipping Carriers:
Shipping is provided through third-party carriers. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping and delivery are managed by the respective carrier. CarVexo is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Mailing Address:
